•Registration: To participate in the pre-recorded online workshop bundle, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information and payment details. Your registration will be confirmed via email. Your email will never be sold.
•Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Once your payment is processed, you will receive access details for the workshop.
•Access Details: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive an email with access instructions, including links to the online platform and any necessary passwords or codes.
•Platform: The online workshop bundle will be housed under “courses” on the New Zenler platform. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary equipment (internet connection, device, software, etc.) to access the workshop.
•Access Restrictions: The workshop content is intended for educational and personal use only. You may not share your access details, links, or any part of the content with others unless explicitly authorized by the organizer.
•Technical Issues: Adrianne Wagner, MA, NCC is not responsible for technical issues or disruptions related to your internet connection, device compatibility, or other personal technical challenges. Please ensure you have a stable connection and compatible software to access the workshop.
No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, technical difficulties on the participant’s end, or failure to access the content.
Content Ownership: All workshop materials (presentations, workbook, videos, and any other content) are the intellectual property of Adrianne Wagner, MA, NCC and are protected by copyright laws. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any content without express written permission from Adrianne Wagner, MA, NCC.
Use of Content: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the workshop content for personal, educational purposes only. You may not use the content for commercial purposes, including resale or distribution.
Respectful Participation: Participants are expected to engage in the online community in a respectful and professional manner. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct, may result in removal from the community without a refund.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in [Mesa County, Colorado].
